Background
I was raised in a home in which God was honored and the Bible was our guide book for daily living. At 8 years of age, I understood that God loved me and sent His son to die on the cross for my sins. I invited the Lord Jesus into my life to be my Savior. As a teenager, I asked the Lord to take over the guidance of my life and lead me according to His will. He has led me faithfully ever since.

After graduation from high school, it was my privilege to travel the United States as a singing representative of the Lord and universities I attended. After graduation, it was also my privilege to found the Reach Out Evangelistic Association. This ministry enabled me to present God's word to thousands of people living in the rural villages of India, Ethiopia and Kenya, East Africa. This I did for a number of years, as well as pastoring two churches in Southern California. During a five-year break from the ministry, I served as a Transit Security Officer with the Metro Transportation Agency in Los Angeles, CA. Though I am now retired from this position, I continue to serve as my department's chaplain.

While serving the Lord in these different capacities of ministry, it has been my privilege to see the Lord work in, and change, the lives of those ministered to... along with my own. The Lord has proved to be ever-faithful in His leading, provision and care of my life and families. Like others, we have faced many obstacles and heartaches in our lives, but the Lord has graciously seen us through them all.

At TFB, my ministry has me in touch with people of all ages. Much of the time, I'm called upon to encourage those who are in times of great crisis. This ministry, along with my preaching for our Sunday Evening Service as well as my counseling ministry, keeps my schedule full. It is indeed a privilege to see the Lord at work in the lives of those who call TFB their church home. My ministry is further carried out through singing and participating in various musical ensembles here at TFB.

Family
I am married to a beautiful lady, Joyce. We are a blended family with 4 children and three grandchildren. Family life is very important to us, and we seek to nurture a loving and caring attitude in all we do. We believe the family unit is very important to the Lord.

Bible Verse
Philippians 3:10-11 (NIV)
I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, becoming like Him in His death... and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection of the dead.
