These values help us bring honor to the Lord and how we do ministry.   OUR VALUES EXPLAINED The purpose of these values is to help us maintain focus on how God wants us to fulfill our mission. We bring great honor to our Lord, not only through what we do, but how we do it. Practicing these values builds unity in our church family and helps each member serve in a godly way.   We value connection with God. We stay in close relationship with Jesus (John 15:4-5). We apply God's word to our lives (James 1:22-25; 2 Timothy 3:16-17). We choose a God-honoring lifestyle (2 Corinthians 1:12; Philippians 1:27; Colossians 1:10).
